The guest room has a king bed, private bathroom access to the guest bathroom, and a smart TV. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need for dining in. You just need the food! The dining table is a great spot to get some work done with views of the ocean. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee. Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities.
