This home has a sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper chair for sleeping 3 extra people to allow this home to accommodate 9 comfortably. Private community dock provides access for kayaking, fishing and a scenic walk over the marsh as well as a lookout to watch the sunset. Private beach access is close at the end of the street.Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home.Bed linens provided (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly rentals. No Towels provided can be rented.****The owner utilizes outside cameras for security purposes only.****
