This home is two levels of uniquely decorated space with a well appointment living room, newly renovated kitchen with all the amenities, spacious loft -like office and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The basement and 2 closets in the home are locked and not accessible to guests. Should you require laundry services, Dirty Franky’s Laundry Mat is open 24 hours, located a few blocks away at 2232 Sarah Street. We have a dedicated 24/7 communications team that can answer any questions you have. This home is self check in but if you run into any issues during your stay and need assistance we have many team members nearby that can help. The South Side Flats neighborhood is located just south of the Monongahela River. It s vibrant area that has the perfect combination of residential, business and entertainment. We are a 10 minute walk, or 5 minute drive to Carson Street which houses over 40 bars and restaurants, as well as entertainment venues such as Enclave, Penthaüs PGH and Club Cafe. -No parties or smoking of any kind (include e cigarettes and vapes) -During your stay, we ask you use to side door to enter and exit. -No pets are allowed. If you are traveling with an ADA service animal, we kindly ask that you alert us prior to your check-in. -Please note the grill is not operable.
