Nestucca Nest lets you enjoy complete tranquility while being less than a mile from town and the beach. Built-in 2016, the house offers an open concept floor plan that is perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The main floor includes an efficient kitchen with high-end appliances, including a propane range, a spacious living room with a propane fireplace stove, a dining table and bar where every guest can enjoy time together, and a deck ideal for morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun dips below the horizon. Nestucca Nest comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The Primary Bedroom on the top floor has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom complete with an ocean view soaking tub and walk-in shower, a wall of windows with stunning ocean and river views, and cable-equipped TV. The bedrooms on the lower level include a bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom equipped with a king bed as well as a recreation room complete with a TV and DVD/VCR player and a bookcase full of books, toys, puzzles, and games. A full bathroom with a tub/shower is also located on the lower level along with the laundry room. The two decks at Nestucca Nest are the highlight of everyone's stay. You can BBQ, sunbathe, read your new favorite book, or just visit with old friends or family. This property's spectacular views are a wonderful way to enjoy the beauty of the Oregon Coast. Homes in Pacific Seawatch include access to the community clubhouse complete with a 45’ heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub, state-of-the-art workout space, and a 9-hole putting course. A short 10-minute orientation provides you access to the facility during your stay. Clubhouse Hours are 9 am to 8 pm (Please note keycard will not work outside of these hours).
