The cabin-style home has three bedrooms plus a loft and two baths, and sleeps eight.The main level of the house has an open-plan living area with a cathedral ceiling and high windows to let in light all day. The kitchen has full-size appliances including a dishwasher; the dining counter has seating for five. Off the kitchen is a spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The living area has a sofa that seats three, two recliners, and a smart TV. Also in the living area is the wood-burning stove. Above the open area is a loft that sleeps two. The living area opens onto the large deck with a table that seats four and a sitting area for two, perfect for enjoying the mountains.The primary bedroom has a king log bed and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. They share the guest bath, which has a shower/tub combination.Monte Vida features a covered parking area under the entry porch. There is a flight of exterior stairs to access the front door and a separate flight of stairs to access the kitchen door.WiFi is provided. Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out. Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash from homes must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. Dumpsters are available at condos but may be full at peak periods. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. Smoking is not permitted on our properties. Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes. 4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
