Walkable to the Centennial dog park, Parthenon, and Vanderbilt with the effervescent Broadway scene a short car ride away. ~ 1st floor: Step into a spacious living room, with a library, gas fireplace, games, and a smart TV with a Hulu account to enjoy sports games, or for a movie night. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Walk 3 steps and find the dining area and the open kitchen. with gas, 5-burner stove, ideal to cook great meals for the family. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with essentials (dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea...). A full bathroom is also located on the 1st floor, as well as the garage access from the house. The 1st floor can sleep 2 guests ~ 2nd floor: On the 2nd floor's landing, you will find a twin day bed and a twin trundle for 2 guests. Behind the farmhouse door is the fun part: a game room with a mini fridge, pool table, record player and records, and a bar! Open the garage door and you will almost feel like you are outside. ~ 3rd floor: Find 2 comfortable bedrooms with queen-sized beds. One has a balcony, the other features an extra twin bed. The 2nd bathroom is located between the 2 bedrooms, along with an in-unit washer and dryer The 3rd floor can sleep up to 5 guests ~ 4th floor: The Primary Suite is located on the top floor. It features a king-size bed, 1 twin trundle bed, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, separated toilets, a free-standing bathtub, and a mega shower! ~ Other things to note: This unit is located on the quiet streets in West End. It is super easy to find, just remember to look for the #2. Self check-in with a smart lock. The code will be provided the prior day to your arrival. Your host will always be available to answer any of your questions. Please note that we provide amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. If guests want additional amenities, this will be at the cost of the guests. For families, we are happy to provide a pack-n-play, a hook-up chair, a baby gate (if the unit has stairs), a playmat, and toys free of charge. Please feel free to ask your Host for availability.
