Perfectly located in West End, just minutes away from the evergreen Centennial park where the historical Parthenon resides, along with the famous Vanderbilt medical center, Belmont University, and Broadway. If you want to take a nice stroll to the park, it is approximately 10 mins to get to centennial and the parthenon. This farmhouse dream is perfect for families, or groups coming to enjoy the city of Nashville. As soon as you enter, if entering from the main door you open up to the beautiful home. You'll find a library on the right side, along with a cozy fireplace. On the left you will find comfortable seating and a place to sleep (as it is a sleeper sofa) to enjoy relaxing and watching some movies and shows. Straight ahead you will see the kitchen and the dining area set up for perfect get togethers and dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with essentials (dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea...). Up the stairs you will find a fun photo-op for you and your fellow guests to enjoy taking some cute pictures (just be sure to put the hats back once you are done). Right next to the photo-op hat wall, you will find the billiards room, equipped with a bar, and a record player to enjoy a competitive game of pool. One more set up the stairs you will find two bedrooms, both with closets, the furthest bedroom has a Queen bed and a balcony to enjoy a nice cup of coffee outside. The second bedroom on this floor will have a Queen and a twin bed. One more set up stairs you will find a King bed with a twin trundle. This unit is located on the quiet streets in West End. It is super easy to find, just remember to look for the #2. Self checkin with smart lock. The code will be provided the prior day to your arrival.
