However, for longer stays, you must bring or purchase additional supplies plus as needed, other items such as laundry detergent, trash bags, spices, and condiments. Please be advised that a credit card hold is required two days before check-in as a security deposit. This hold will be released within ten days of check-out, pending any charges for damages or missing items. An information request will be sent after booking, and before your arrival, we will request a swipe of your credit card for the hold, just like in a hotel. We do not charge a deposit amount at the time of booking. We take severe allergies seriously and do not allow any animals or pets on our property. Unlike many other rental properties, our house is fully licensed and maintained and complies with all Florida state laws and regulations to ensure our guests and ourselves' safety and satisfaction.
