This condo is new to our management as of March 2024. It meets the 5 star standard required by Salty Life Vacation Rentals. We welcome you to be some of our first guest! This beachfront condo at Majestic Beach Resort on Panama City Beach is a spacious 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom unit that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The condo features a stunning view of the beach and ocean, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the coastline right from your living room and master bedroom. All three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for everyone. The sleeping arrangements include two king beds, one queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. With its prime location, luxurious amenities, and ample space, this condo is the perfect choice for a beach getaway with family or friends. Majestic Beach Resort on Panama City Beach offers a wide range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Guests can enjoy both an indoor and outdoor pool, allowing for year-round swimming and relaxation. The resort also features a movie theater, where you can catch the latest films with your loved ones. Cancellation Policy
2.CANCELATION: 30 days or less before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental. The total rentals includes all charges on the paid in full invoice. Renter mitigate the loss by purchasing Travel Insurance or Cancel for Any reason insurance offered by a third-party provider. Cancellation 31 days or more before check-in Renters will receive a refund of the amounts paid less the reservation fee, down payment, (which is non refundable)any travel insurance fee and minus a credit card processing fee of 3.5%. NO REFUNDS for EARLY DEPARTURES!
