This stunning vineyard estate home is perched on a hill with spectacular 360-degree vineyard views of Geyser Peak, Alexander Valley and the Dry Creek hills. This spacious home features a lovely pool & spa, gourmet kitchen, wrap-around veranda, vaulted ceilings with crown moldings, hardwood flooring in the main level and carpeted second floor. The walls have a beautiful decorative stucco-like finish, as well as trompe l’oeil trees, creating a welcoming arbor over the inside entry. The generous great room with bay window and 65” LG super UHTV4K with Xfinity programming opens to the high-end gourmet kitchen. Chefs will delight in the granite countertops and full complement of KitchenAid appliances, Thermador 4-burner cooktop with grill, double-oven, L-shaped island with sink and disposal. A bay window looks out west over the pool and entertainment area, with trees and mountains beyond. There is a formal dining room seating 6+. At the back of the home is a the PERFECT table to gather around and play a lively game of Settlers of Catan, or any number of other games provided at the home (all are stored in the den, by the front door), and laundry room with washer and dryer. Cancellation Policy
For a refund, we must have 60 days written notification prior to the occupancy date, you will receive a full refund, minus the guest service fee and applicable taxes. We will make every effort to re-rent the property with less than a 60 day notice. Should we be unable to re-rent the property at the same rate for the same period of time, we shall retain any rental monies paid as liquidated damages in an amount that is equal to the amount of money that we are unable to recover through re-renting of the property.
