Second living area has a sofa sleeper and a Smart TV. Guest bathroom conveniently located off the kitchen with easy access from the 2 guest bedrooms. Each guest room has a twin over full bunk bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and en suite bath with washer and dryer.The rustic covered deck is the place to be with seating and a propane grill. Huge back yard with fire pit (firewood not provided) and trampoline for the kids or just star gazing. Right across the street is the private lake entrance with dock. And the best part is you can bring your fur friend!! Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This property is dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum at $25 per day per dog. Dogs not to exceed 40lbs. Please note the back yard is not fenced in. There is a fire pit (fire wood not provided).No Smoking, no parties. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. Family friendly home with no tolerance for bad behavior. This house has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 4 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
