Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals. - Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest – book with confidence! - This is a 2-story home and stairs are required to reach the two guest bedroom suites and laundry. The king suite and all living areas are on the 1st floor. - The home has a carport and driveway that will hold 2 cars. If you have additional cars, street parking is available first come, first served. - Our home has a video doorbell which records video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay - guests must not cover up a camera. Our team looks forward to helping you have a fun and stress-free Oxford getaway! ***CANCELLATION POLICY: Oxford Vacation Rentals does not allow cancellations for football games, concerts, Double Decker, or Ole Miss Graduation. For all other dates, we have a 60 day cancellation policy*** RULES - Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. - All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature. - Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive! - We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more. - Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. - Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you. - No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home. *Departure instructions – we don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests! We only ask that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the home during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. Please note that this is a new-build community and there may be construction during your stay. Credit card processing will be processed through “Beach Stays Vacations”. VRBO charges their booking site fee via a separate credit card processor.
