Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, bed 1 twin & trundle, bed 2 queen, master queen & master bath. Full bathroom. Office area ( walkthrough) full-size sofa bed, desk, and TV. Living room sectional sofa queen bed, foosball, 3/4 bathroom. Guests have access to the entire home other than the owners' locked cupboards. This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours. Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 8 am to 9 pm Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 8 am to 10 pm Dogs are welcome with approval from management with a pet fee per pet. This will be paid separately through Airbnb. No cats or huskies, please. Parking is for 4 vehicles (depending on the size of your vehicles) only in the driveway. No street parking is allowed per county rules. Do not block the neighbor’s driveway or park in the neighbor’s driveway. The BBQ is propane, propane is not provided, but if a previous guest leaves some it may be used or exchanged locally. This is NOT a party home! If you plan on breaking any of the house rules, including but not limited to: Smoking inside or outside the home, any type of drug usage legal or not, underage drinking, violating quiet hours, exceeding occupancy limits or vehicle limits please do to rent this home. We do not enjoy removing people from our home, but the safety of our guests, home, and neighbors comes first. This is a quiet neighborhood and we ask that guests follow the house rules and quiet hours. Any guest in violation of the house rules will be subject to removal from the home and responsible for any fines incurred by management and the county.
