You enter the main level to an open-concept living room with a fireplace and kitchen with access to the back deck where you can BBQ and enjoy nature. You'll find 2 bedrooms each with queen beds. The loft has a designated work space and is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV. On the lower level, you'll find 2 twin beds, perfect for kids, with a TV and electric fo fireplace and their own private deck. The laundry room is also located on the lower level. The parking space can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. PER COUNTY CODE THERE IS NO STREET PARKING PERMITTED.**Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are not permitted access to the Lake, Lake trails, Peninsula Park, and Grass Valley Park as of September 28th, 2020. Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season.
