Jim Leitch and his wife Cathy created the Inn on Lake Granbury as lakefront inn and retreat and opened in 2005. The owners were previously in management in the corporate world and working for universities. In 2009, the Inn expanded to 15 guest accommodations by adding 4 guest suites and a Lake House.
