Bedroom # 2 is a King bedroom with en suite access to the shared hallway full bathroom. Bedroom #3 is furnished with an oversized King with an ensuite full bathroom. Bedrooms #2 and # 4 share the full hallway bathroom.  Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, you will enter the bright and airy great room which provides ocean and sound views, ample seating, a Samsung Smart TV with a sound bar, books, a puzzle and game table, a half bathroom, and access to the furnished sun decks. The chef’s kitchen is well equipped with stainless appliances, spacious granite countertops, plenty of cookware, a breakfast bar that seats 4, and a dining table that seats 8. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
