Heritage House is a five bedroom boutique inn and event facility set in a historic home in beautiful Opelika, Alabama. Available now for nightly lodging and special events. Located just a short walk from the charming downtown historic district, Heritage House is very close to lots of opportunities for dining, drinking, entertainment, shopping, and activities. All five of our tastefully appointed guest rooms feature a private bathroom, king size bed with luxurious Stearns & Foster mattress, a 55" Smart TV, an adjustable speed ceiling fan, dimmable overhead lighting, and everything else you need to feel like you're at your home away from home. Our breakfast style is about having a hearty balance. A little bit healthy, with fresh fruit and yogurt at the start, and a bit of homestyle extravagance with entrees like biscuits and gravy, French toast, and shrimp & grits. Leif Espelund and Dani Nelson have been partners in crime for over a decade. They met in Seattle where Leif worked in marketing and Dani was an event planner. Over the years, they have organized and hosted a wide variety of professional and personal events, along with managing an Airbnb out of their home for many years.
