About The Property
One bedroom / one bath condo. Waterfront. Sleeps four. Queen bed in bedroom with attached bathroom, and two bunk beds recessed in the hallway. The bunks are more narrow than a twin and are perfect for small children. They are not large enough to be comfortable for adults. Fully furnished kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, regular drip coffee maker / filters provided (coffee not provided), pots, pans, microwave, etc. Cable TV in the living room and internet is provided. Enjoy the pool and kiddie pool, tennis courts, pickleball court and beach!. Beautiful view of the Savannah River bay from the balcony where you can watch the container ships and shrimp boats go by and the dolphins play! Steps to the beach are close by. Stay here and you will agree that "Heaven's A Little Closer!".

Once a reservation has been confirmed by payment and you are unable to fulfill your obligations to occupy the rental Property, Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC must be notified as soon as possible. We require all cancellations be in writing for your protection. Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC will make every attempt to re-rent the property once we have received notification of cancellation.
