No cameras are in any living areas, indoor or outdoor. Outdoor Space - This NO SMOKING/NO PETS, beautifully maintained property sits on a corner lot in a quiet, friendly, and peaceful neighborhood. In the morning, sip your coffee on the front patio or share breakfast together with the entire group at our large outdoor table. A fun putting green is ready for the competitive types. Those that want to chill a bit can find their way to soak in the hot tub, visit around the fire pit while enjoying the sunset, or float in the clear blue heated pool. With a basketball hoop, Baja deck, floating toys, and ample deck seating, our pool is ready for fun. A propane grill is offered for cookouts and there is plenty of shade to retreat. Pockets of privacy create numerous options for outdoor entertainment. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO USE THE FACILITIES OF THIS PROPERTY. Interior Space - Your getaway will be unique and comfortable in our beautifully furnished, 5 bedroom home. With 5 bedrooms and 6 beds there is plenty of room for all. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached master bath with walk-in closet. A second bedroom has another king, the third, a convertible bed that can either be 2 single beds OR a king. A fourth bedroom with a queen and a 5th bedroom/office has a large queen sized sofa sleeper. Each room is tastefully decorated with special touches. This home is perfect for a family, several couples, or group of friends. ten guests sleep very comfortable in the home. An open spaced kitchen, dining area, and living room allows lots of together time. All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, streaming TVs, and privacy. The kitchen is stocked with spices, condiments, coffee, and all the kitchenware you would have at home. Our double car garage is a huge plus as is the driveway and street parking. Mesquite Area- Mesquite has so much to offer visitors. Being very centrally located between Las Vegas, Valley of Fire, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Zion National Park, and more, it is a perfect launching pad for a vacation. For senior and youth games, Mesquite is a thriving center for athletic tournaments. Anything from Youth Tackle Football to Senior pickle-ball, Mesquite has it and promotes it. For those who like to gamble, three major casinos and a plethora of eating establishments (fine dining and casual) are available for the nights you want to venture out. The entire home is for your use and set up so that your stay is easy. You have full access to the garage and all parts of the home. We are your co-hosts, J and Amy who help Yko and Diane with renting out their home to guests. We live 5 minutes away and are available through the message app. If there is no response from us within 10 minutes, please reach out by phone if it is an issue that would make your stay more comfortable. If an emergency, please call us right away. Turtle cove is nestled in a quiet neighborhood north of the freeway. On a corner lot, there is plenty of parking in the garage, driveway, and street. There is close access to the casinos, ball fields, rec center, grocery store and more. Beautiful sunsets and morning walks can be enjoyed right outside your doors. Nestled amongst the desert's beautiful bluffs, this neighborhood is a gem. Although Mesquite is a wonderful place to walk and get exercise, you will want a car for getting to the store, restaurants, golf courses, etc. Shuttles to Las Vegas airport from Mesquite casinos: Salt Lake Express St. George Shuttle Airports: McCarran International Airport - Las Vegas St. George Regional Airport Mesquite Airport *NO SMOKING/NO PETS - $500 fine if evidence of either. Thank you. * Please - No chipping on or around the putting green. * DO NOT REMOVE the vacuum hose from the pool. Doing so could cause the pool pump to fail, causing a $2000 replacement fee. *REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. If you are interested in a get together with outside guests, YOU MUST HAVE THIS PREAPPROVED THROUGH THE CO-HOSTS. Fees may apply. Unregistered guests could put your reservation in jeopardy. ****POOL and HOT TUB**** * Please take special notice of written rules and OPERATION DETAILS BEFORE using the pool and hot tub in order to avoid expensive replacement fees of the pool pump and tub cover. They are in the guest guidebook. *It takes 2 adults on either side of the hot tub remove its cover in order for it to operate correctly. * Please to not add or remove water in the hot tub. * The heating unit for the pool should be OPERATED BY POOL TECH, CO-HOSTS & OWNER ONLY. If there is an issue with the temperature, please reach out to the co-hosts for a solution. *Please SHOWER AND WIPE FEET before entering and NO FOOD OR SMALL TOYS in either are firm guidelines in order to avoid extra outdoor cleaning fees for refilling. Thank you! *If guidelines for the pool and hot tub are not adhered to and there is a disruption in service for the next guest or added expenses in readying the facilities for the next guest, a fine will be applied. Thanks for following the guidelines. * Please brush the grill grate and turn off the propane to avoid extra fees. *PLEASE DO NOT SET THE AC under 73 degrees. It will be very cool at this temperature. Turning it lower can cause the unit to lock up, causing damage and expenses for you. *The pool is heated, but please inquire about the months of December, January, and February. *The propane fire pit and barbecue should be operated and supervised by adults only. Please follow instructions. *Garage Remote - Please leave in the drawer where you found it. $150 replacement fee if lost. *Please be courteous of our neighbors. It is a wonderful neighborhood. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm-7:00 am. * Because the pool can be a safety hazard for some, our yard gate and house needs to be locked at all times to ensure no one enters the pool without the permission or proper supervision. * Measure have been taken to ensure your safety. ~ a lock on slider which leads to the pool area. ~ fenced yard with locking gate ~ Fire extinguisher in kitchen ~ Outlet covers in sockets ~ Detailed guidelines for the pool are listed.
