With a well-stocked kitchen, wifi, laundry facility and ample parking, it is perfect for a group of friends looking to stay close to all the attractions of TC, including Mission Peninsula wineries, craft breweries, local restaurants, shopping, and more. We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. We are in a residential neighborhood so please make sure to respect our neighbors. Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a King-size bed, a closet and connected 2nd bathroom. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in living room, allowing a total of 7 people plus an infant - a rare commodity in the center of Traverse City. ~~ BATHROOMS ~~ The home is equipped with 2 full spacious bathrooms, so there’s no need to jockey for space when you’re getting ready in the morning. ~~ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ~~ The open concept kitchen and living area make it easy to hang out together while the chef in your group whips up tasty meals. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with modern stainless steel appliances, a blender, a toaster, insta pot, and a coffee/tea station to make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible. Seating for six is available at the dining room table. If you’re traveling with youngsters, there is a high chair in addition to children's bowls and utensils. Relax in the cozy living room after a big meal. It is outfitted with comfy couch and sofas (which can convert into Queen size sofa beds at night), a large flatscreen TV, a large collection of children's books, toys, and board games that the whole family will love. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information. This house is on TART trail walking/biking through downtown. Within short walking distance to multiple restaurants and breweries. It is located within a few blocks of a grocery store, half a mile to Bryant Beach, and a short drive to the Old Mission Peninsula where you can enjoy our fantastic wineries. The 45-acre Civic Center park is a few blocks away with walking/running trails, a new playground, gym, ice skating rink, pool, skate park, and more. Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee. Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
