Welcome to Gold Mountain, your relaxing, sophisticated mountain getaway with a plethora of amenities for your enjoyment including indoor and outdoor fireplace, spa/jacuzzi, outdoor Ping Pong, back patio with overhang, all kinds of games, (brand new) Helix mattresses, fully stocked kitchen, and on. This spacious 3BR home features a full kitchen and everything you need for a memorable vacation with friends and family, not to mention just 5 miles from the Big Bear Lake Village and many great shops, restaurants and bars. Gold Mountain is a newly listed private home located in Big Bear City. With close proximity to many great hiking and outdoor activities, the village center and many other great shops and restaurants in between. It's the perfect location to experience all the attractions and entertainment that Big Bear has to offer. We set out to create a true hospitality experience with your booking. From the time of booking, through your next vacation, we promise a great experience. The house was designed and furnished from emptiness with the guest experience in mind. Most of the products are tried and true products that we have at our other rentals but we are always trying new products and amenities that makes your experience more enjoyable. Inside you'll find three (3) three bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms... MASTER SUITE - king bed - private bathroom and vanity - patio sliding door to the backyard - reading nook - 50" smart TV - walk-in space QUEEN GUEST BEDROOM - queen bed - reading chair with lamp - 40" smart TV - closet space - shared bathroom BUNK ROOM - (2) full size beds - 50" smart TV - closet space - shared bathroom LIVING ROOM - 60" smart TV with entertainment center - large leather sofa, loveseat, and coffee table - cards and board games for family fun - Sonos smart home speaker KITCHEN & DINING ROOM - BRAND NEW appliances including a full-size fridge, dishwasher, gas stovetop and microwave - premium coffee and tea bar with french press, and electric kettle - all the kitchen basics including glassware, cookware, dinnerware, table napkins and more - dining room table with seating for 6 PATIO, HOT TUB and BACKYARD - outdoor dining table with seating for 6 - seating for 6 around the outdoor fire place - outdoor seating located under cover - propane BBQ grill - spacious backyard - jacuzzi / hot tub - corn hole and other games As with all Savvy Homes, bedrooms and bathrooms are supplied with premium linens and towels. Guests have access to Savvy Support, a 24/7 customer service line dedicated to making sure you have a seamless vacation experience. Booking Policies 1. Pets : We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved pets for a flat rate of ***$150*** per pet per stay. If you are booking on Airbnb, only the 1st pet will be included in your booking total so if you are bringing more than 1 pet, the additional $150 will be collected separately after booking your reservation. We have specific policies that we will ask each guest agree to. 2. Renter's Agreement - Renter must sign an agreement before arrival. Every renter must sign this agreement before getting the arrival instructions and door code. 3. Security Deposit : A $100 Security Deposit is required for all bookings. Security deposits are collected separately by the property host (not by AirBnB). 4. Guest Count - The guest count on your reservation MUST be accurate. Pricing does change with the number of guests because our turnover costs are variable. 5. Cancellation Policy - We adhere strictly to the cancellation terms listed. To protect your purchase, we provide you with an option to buy trip insurance, including a "Cancel for Any Reason" policy. (terms apply; more details provided after your booking is confirmed) 6. ID Collection : there may be instances where we are required to collect your ID whether it be from a local government, HOA or other reasons. 7. The property is suitable for children under supervision. It has not been child-proofed. 8. Music, talking, singing, dogs, kids or anything else that may create noise, cannot be heard beyond the property line. We have neighbors all around us and we all do our part to be good neighbors. Please be considerate of noise and our neighbors. 9. No smoking or vaping indoors under any circumstances. 10. 12.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is required for each reservation under 29 days (subject to changes). This is (typically) included in your initial booking payment. If for some reason it's not, we'll request it separately and payment will be due before arrival. 11. Utility Costs : for rentals of 28 days or longer, utility deposit may be required. Inquire for more details if you are booking a 28+ day reservation. 12. Security Cameras : There is a camera installed on top of the garage, covering the driveway and street. 13.
