My group and I came into town for a UT football game. The house was exactly as advertised. We had a fantastic stay and were impressed by house close everything was. Between the campus + downtime Austin, it felt like everything was a maximum 15 minute uber.The staff at Above communicated with us very well.

We had a great experience at this property. The houses were well maintained and very clean when we arrived. The setting for the property was just beautiful. The property manager was very helpful when needed. There were 15 of us for a full family get together. All in all it was a success!
The house was everything we were looking for... plenty of room for everyone and a great place to hang for the day. ABOVE did a great job as well, hooking up a ping pong table and supplying other games for the yard... we had a blast!
I just got back from the most amazing stay at this property for my bachelorette. Everything about this home and ABOVE absolutely exceeded expectations and it was the most wonderful weekend. I would 10000% recommend this property.
