This beach access during the peak season (March - October) only allows guests to use the beach service chairs and umbrellas, no personal chairs or umbrellas due to the limit space on the beach. Guests are also welcome to use one of the many public access points along 30A the closest one is located at the Sea Breeze Beach Access which is very close only about 500 feet or a 5 minute walk at this access point you are able to use your own personal beach chairs and umbrellas.   Location: This home is located in the Magnolia Cottages community in Seacrest between Alys Beach and WaterSound. The Big Chill 30A - Perfectly Located for easy access to all the entertainment; Walk or Bike to the local hot spots.
