Please note that the building does not have private parking, but there is a garage at Washington Park, and an inexpensive pay lot a 5-minute walk away (0.3 miles walk). Once settled, you can easily walk to or from most areas of Over the Rhine. Alternatively, you can hop on the streetcar (for free) a few blocks away! The streetcar will take you all the way north to Rhinegeist brewery (also walkable) or south all the way to the Riverfront and the ballparks.
