The primary bathroom comes with a spacious shower, dual sinks, and a water closet. The second hallway bathroom upstairs comes with a shower/tub combo and the powder room is near the front door. Bishop's Landing is located in Millville only 3.5 miles from Bethany Beach. The current community amenities include an Olympic size pool, children's pool, tennis facility, playgrounds, fitness center, and Club House. The community also comes with a shuttle service that runs from the main clubhouse to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. The shuttle service runs Thursday - Monday between 10 am and 6 pm. Additional details for stops will be at the property. The amenities are available between Memorial Day and Labor Day(subject to change based on HOA and community regulations) ***Amenities are available at $85 per reservation. 8 passes are provided after the amenity fee has been paid. No additional passes can be purchased. Outdoor pools and shuttle service run from Memorial day to Labor Day.
