This garden level 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium is only two blocks from the Aspen Mountain gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. This condo features many unique upgrades, including a SONOS sound system, two gas fireplaces, and two upgraded bathrooms (one with a steam shower and the other with a jacuzzi tub). A maximum of two people may occupy this unit. Primary Bedroom: King bed Complex amenities at the Durant Condominiums include an on-site heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor grill, on-site laundry facilities, and on-site free parking. This complex has no elevator. The Durant Condominiums have ski-in access from Aspen Mountain! Guests of the Durant Condos receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support.
