After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties. **POOL: Host does not control the pool temperature or any maintenance required on it as it is maintained by the facility. Pool is not heated during cold months. Host/owner has no control over temperature, maintenance, or responsibility of the pool. All guests are expected to follow pool safety rules as posted in the pool area. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements and release host/owner/HOA from all liability.
