Some of the most popular Fredericksburg wineries are less than 5 minutes away, and the property is only minutes from the historic Fredericksburg downtown area.  The iconic town of Luckenbach is just 3.4 miles away, less than 5 miles from the Wildseed Farm, Alstadt Brewery and Trade Days. An unexpected treat is that guests can pick fruit from the orchard on the 2 acre property, in the late spring and early summer.  Please Note: You are renting one of our Texas Hill Country cabins which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC) Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will not be visible. *Full RV hookups avalible upon request for fee  - Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance - If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time: 1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.  2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.  If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation  is issued.
