The cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table seats 6. LIVING AREAS In the main living room area, you'll find plenty of seating for the whole family on a comfortable leather couch and two chairs. Sit back and enjoy the flatscreen Smart TV or the cable at the end of a long day in the waves. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.  The master bathroom features a large custom tiled walk-in shower and the guest bathroom includes a  tub/shower combo. SLEEPING D18  is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed where you can be lulled to sleep by the sounds of waves crashing at night. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed and both bedrooms have cable TV. There is also a Queen air mattress in the closet that can be used in the living room.  **Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold.
