Guests have access to the entire Loft! We are available if you need us! Some of our favorite downtown restaurants are within a short walking distance and offer everything from fast food, casual eateries, to fine dining. Knoxville also offers many shops, theaters, and local attractions. The University of Tennessee is also located only 5 minutes from the lofts for those desiring to attend football or basketball events! - Most of downtown Knoxville's attractions are within walking distance. - We provide one parking pass in a designated lot across the street from the loft. Additional parking options will be provided after booking. - Uber and Lyft are both utilized frequently in this area. In addition, Knoxville downtown/campus areas are serviced by electric scooters and trams if you are up for an adventure! - Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. - For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. - There will be a $50 charge if the parking pass is lost or taken. - This loft is located on the second floor. There is no elevator access. - Fireplace pictured is NOT operational. It is for aesthetics only. **Please Note: We would like to make guests aware of the potential for noise being in a downtown area. This unit is near a popular street, putting you close to all the action! **Please NOTE: There may be construction projects at any given moment due to the urban setting.
