Step into this beautifully renovated two-story townhouse, situated just one flight above street level, and experience modern comfort and style. The spacious main level features all-new furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, cabinetry, and countertops, perfect for preparing any meal. The living room opens onto a deck with views of the Van Der Meer Tennis Courts. A convenient half bath is located off the dining area, which comfortably seats six, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom and guest bedroom both feature king-sized beds and flat-screen TVs for your comfort and entertainment. Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex with meticulously manicured landscaping, located just 1.5 blocks from the beach and adjacent to the Van Der Meer Tennis Center. Guests enjoy exclusive tennis privileges (up to one hour per day per condo) thanks to a special membership. The community also offers two on-site pools, a lagoon with a fountain, and parking right at your doorstep. Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
