For the large homes with private pool and private amenities, you have 48 hours to cancel with a refund after your booking is made. After the 48 hours there are no refunds if you decide to cancel and full payment is due. For all other homes and villas if you cancel outside the 30 days of your arrival date you will receive a full refund.
