Find a private room with a Queen sized bed as well as another bedroom with two twin beds just outside the main full bath with a tiled shower. A pass-through bedroom with a twin and trundle is separated by a sliding barn door to the master bedroom with a King bed and sitting area. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the main hallway outside the full bathroom. Up the stairs, you will find a spacious kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath, and a sitting room. Surrounded by tall windows, you will love the view of Lake Michigan and the privacy provided by the surrounding woods. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances, an island with 3 bar stools, and open to the dining area. The living room has a large overstuffed couch for maximum relaxation. Enjoy the view from the sitting room, fully surrounded by windows and a sliding glass door with access to the second story deck. OUTSIDE Just a quick walk down the quiet street you will meet a dead-end into Lake Michigan and the beach access point is known as Brucker Beach. Spend the day on the water, walking up and down the shoreline and soaking in the sunshine. Finish your evening on the deck, watching the sunset and enjoying the gas grill to prepare your dinner. Parking: The garage allows for parking of two cars, plus additional spots in the drive. SLEEPING This home sleeps 8. All bed linens and bath linens are provided. Enjoy your very own beach or drive to the Grand Haven State Park and spend a day on the big beach, close to the lighthouse, boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants. Downtown Grand Haven has plenty to do with mini-golf, marinas, splash pads, parks, and of course ice cream! CANCELLATION POLICY Our cancellation policy is as follows: -100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in. -50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. -No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.
