Blue Surf 8 is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom / 2 bath town home located just 50 yards to the white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is decorated in relaxing greens, yellows, & light blues. It is a sure fit for a family of 6 to enjoy some down time and make memories. The living room is on the 2nd floor of this condo and offers views of the beautifully landscaped courtyard, community pool and Gulf of Mexico. The living room also offers a desktop space for you to do a little work, if needed. The fully stocked kitchen is on the first level of the town home and has new stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and is great for eating breakfast in the morning, a simple lunch in the afternoon, or serving up a nice dinner in the evening. The master bedroom is on the second floor and the guest bedroom is on the first floor of the town home. Each bedroom is very spacious with a king in the master and queen in the guest room, flat screen TVs, and large remodeled bathrooms with quartz counter tops.
