It is home to two beautiful suites, the Main Suite which is a large three bedroom, three bath suite with large dining room and full kitchen, and the Carriage Suite which is a cozy one bedroom, one bath suite. Each suite has a private entrance and unique distinguishing features. The original home was located at the old Fredericksburg Icehouse. Noted builder, Tony Martin, used the beautiful beams, the kitchen and the sunroom as a base around which to build the current Fredericksburg rental with a hot tub.  The Main Suite of Bella Manor is located in the front portion of the home and boasts fabulous soaring ceilings, exposed beams and rock work and spacious living areas. Imported from Portugal, antique front doors open into the beautiful entry with candlelit fireplace with a large flat screen television above. Guests will appreciate the exquisite furnishings throughout, from the beautiful curved sofa in the den to the massive carved wooden beds in each bedroom. The two downstairs bedrooms offer a king size bed with luxurious linens, a flat screen TV with cable selections and a private bath. The front bedroom’s en suite bathroom boasts a claw foot tub, separate shower, and his-and-her vanities.  The suite also includes a full kitchen and an attached east-facing sunroom which has a queen size sleeper sofa. Overlooking the beautiful den is a third loft-style bedroom offering two twin beds, a flat screen television and a private bath with a claw foot tub. This bedroom is accessed from an outside staircase.  The suite can accommodate up to six guests but for larger groups book the Carriage Suite, which provides room for an additional two guests.   Permit# 8056000446 - Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance - If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time: 1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.  2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.  If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation  is issued.
