Philips Place had lots of room for our family of 6 . Mark was a great communicator. He made sure we felt welcome & had everything that we needed to make visit comfortable. (He even sent extra TP over when needed) We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Nashville! The unit is as described in the photos. We enjoyed the coffee and kitchen amenities while watching the football playoffs! Mark was very nice, helpful and great at communicating with us. The laundry room was a nice touch, too. There are a couple flights of stairs, so it was nice not going to the gym. :)

The condo was great and centrally located to lots of fun things to do in Nashville! An easy ride or drive away from downtown. Everything was clean and well taken care of inside, the neighborhood and building was very safe. Mark was a great host and super responsive to anything you might need. Would definitely recommend to others looking to stay in...
