Our beautiful two bedroom ground floor apartment is walking distance to lovely downtown Paso Robles. This is a hundred year old home with lots of charm and classic elegance. Nicely decorated space with all original hardwood floors. Spa style bathroom with jacuzzi tub. We have a beautiful yard with outdoor seating. Because of sound issues this is not a good fit for babies, toddlers or children running about. Guests who party or are loud will be asked to leave, and no refund given. Quiet lovely garden and beautiful home close to downtown Paso Robles and many wineries. There is a beautiful yard that you are free to enjoy. This is a lovely old home with lots of style. It's a big craftsman style home with four apartments. Two upstairs and two downstairs. It perfect for large groups who may want to stay near each other. They are all completely separate with private bathrooms and all of them except one have full kitchens. There is an onsite manager living in the building. Nice west side location. If you are doing wine tasting we highly recommend Wine Time Tours. Nanci Clifford will be your personal chauffeur in the comfort of your own car. She provides a gourmet picnic basket for all day tours and has a vast knowledge of the Central Coast. We have changed our cleaning protocols to protect our guests from the possible spread of Covid 19. Apartments are cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. If you use the kitchen we ask that you clean up after yourselves. Wash dry and put away your dishes. Clean the coffee maker, and stove. Please place all towels used in the bathtub.
