Guests at this resort have access to their on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs surrounded by a privacy fence. Your proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home but with the tropical setting added to it. Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to arrive in a breeze. Appliances include a dishwasher, glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a sleeper sofa with end tables and lamps, a coffee table, a recliner, and an Eames-type chair. Opposite the sofa is a credenza which is a large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony that is furnished with a patio table, chairs, and lounger. The view from this vantage point is expansive and includes the peacefulness of the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach right in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south.The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, an armoire with a flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The windows in this bedroom also offer a great view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom is accessed through a pocket sliding door into the dressing area where there is a closet and granite-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. Through a pocket sliding door is the commode and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind mirrored sliding doors is a stacked washer and dryer set. The guest bathroom has a granite-top vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a combination tub/shower.
