The bedroom features a comfy king-size bed, high-quality linens, a closet, and a large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall across from the bed. There is also a crib available for young families and a sound machine to soothe everyone to sleep. Although there is only one bedroom, the condo can comfortably fit up to five guests thanks to the new queen size sleeper sofa and the sofa bed chair located in the living room. ~~ BATHROOMS ~~ The spacious ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a large soaking tub, a washer and dryer, and all the bathing accessories you might need. ~~ KITCHEN ~~ The kitchen is well stocked with a coffee pot, toaster, and microwave, in addition to a stove range and refrigerator to help you whip up tasty meals. Sit down to eat at the counter that doubles as a breakfast bar or at the dining room table just behind the kitchen. You could also take your morning coffee outside and enjoy it with sweeping views of the bay from the deck ~~ LIVING ROOM ~~ The cozy living room invites family and friends to unwind. It is decked out with comfy furniture, a gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and a nice collection of board games. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team can accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information. Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee. Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
