Additional guest parking is very limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises. Pet Policy: No pets are allowed. Accessibility: Located on Floor 3 - accessible by 3 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 3 above parking garage Fireplace: Fireplace is not for guest use Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent Holidays: In the event that you are booking over a holiday weekend or before/after a holiday weekend, you may be required by the association to wear a wristband in order to access facilities (pool, hot tub, etc.). ONLY 6 WRISTBANDS are distributed for this condo. The association will require to view your lease and will provide wristbands. Any guests over 6 will not be provided a wristband and are subject to eviction. Guests of our renters are not permitted on holiday weekends.
