Aspen View Getaway is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy cottage that sleeps 8. The main level has two bedrooms, one with a King bed, and one with a Queen bed. The lower level has two bedrooms, one with a King bed, and one with a Queen bed. There are two full bathrooms, one on each level, with a walk-in shower downstairs.This home offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious combined living/dining area with seating for six, and a comfy living room to enjoy the wood-burning fireplace and beautiful mountain views. Head downstairs to the rec room to challenge a game of ping pong, or relax watching a movie on the large flat panel HDTV. A large laundry area is off the rec room with access to the private washer and dryer. Guest may cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund of any paid payments.- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.-Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
