Walk out onto the covered deck and sit at the bar or dinette and take in the views. The adjoining kitchen has beautiful new cabinets and countertops, stainless appliances, and is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a tasty meal served on the deck or at the picnic-style dining table. Also on the main floor is the spacious master suite with hardwood floors, tongue and groove ceilings, laurel king bed, 32" flat screen and DVD/VCR, and master bath with new walk in shower. Upstairs you'll find a guest room with tongue and groove ceilings, luxurious laurel queen bed, and flat screen TV. Also upstairs is a second den that can act as a 3rd bedroom featuring bunk beds, sleeper sofa, 32" flat screen/DVD, and tongue and groove ceilings. The upstairs bathroom has also been renovated and features a custom designed re-claimed barn lumber and bark vanity with granite top. Antler Lodge is the perfect getaway for every season. Please Note That This Property, Located at over 3900' Elevation, has NO Air Conditioning on the top level. There is central AC on the main level, in the living room only. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.   -Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. -This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted -CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
