It features an open living area with a well-constructed stone, gas-log fireplace, a flatscreen Smart HDTV loaded with all the streaming apps, a dining area with windows overlooking the river, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, a full bathroom that adjoins the master bedroom with queen bed and Smart TV, and a bedroom with a queen bed and SmartTV. Enjoy reclining on the main level deck while soaking in the peaceful sights and sounds of the river, soak in the river itself on a warm summer's day, or just relax while you cast your lure into the river and reel them in--the trout fishing is reportedly excellent. On the new lower level deck, kick back in the hot tub as you watch the river flow by!  Perfectly located between Boone and Blowing Rock, convenient to all High Country attractions, this cottage with the peaceful sounds of running water from all sides is a fantastic vacation getaway! OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-15% Discount - Excluding Holidays. - Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. -This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted -CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
