Most of our estates are the homeowner’s primary residences- contrary to an industry filled with contrived, sparsely appointed investment rental properties. Our luxury properties immerse guests in the finest of amenities, finishes, and concierge services while giving visitors the true sense of living like a local. Enormous glass pocket sliding doors open nearly the length of the covered patio, providing an unobstructed view of the mountains. Exposed dark wood beams paint the sky-high ceilings with a fan to keep you cool. A regal fireplace, huge flat-screen TV, high-end furnishings, and grand arches make this space cozy, entertaining, and contemporary. Two dining room tables offer ample seating for your large group, with floor-to-ceiling windows ushering in an abundance of natural light. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living room to the outdoor patio. The expansive covered patio is an effortless extension of the home, with a deluxe grill and kitchenette and a fire pit to keep you warm when star-gazing at night. The oversized, sparkling pool and spa are perfect for sunbathing all day. This kitchen is fully furnished with basic cooking utensils, herbs and spices, cutlery, glassware, tableware, and coffee mugs for your convenience.
