The living room has a 55” digital Smart TV with 140+ channels. Or you can log in to your Hulu or Netflix account and indulge in a binge of your favorite shows after a day in the waves. Enjoy the gas fireplace on a cool or rainy day and for the ambiance it creates. BATHROOM Both bathrooms are en-suite with a large walk-in shower in the guest bath and a shower/tub combination in the master bath. SLEEPING A300 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable California King size bed and a desk for easy remote working. The guest bedroom features a full and twin bed and includes a large walk-in closet. This is another rarity in North Coast Village. The master bedroom has a large closet with sliding doors. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat-screen mounted Smart TVs. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes. EXTRAS This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building where there is an elevator available to take you to the 3rd floor. A high chair is provided in the unit for the younger guests. There are three tower fans for the warm summer nights as well as the ceiling fans. Hi-speed internet is provided free of charge.
