Mudroom Entry / First Powder Room / Laundry Room: When entering the home from the garage, you’ll first walk into a foyer / mudroom area. Look to your left and you’ll see the Southwest-facing main entrance of the home with a bench for changing out of your ski boots and a closet for jackets. Walk 2-minutes outside the front door to the gondola middle station (an exclusive stop for the Shock Hill neighborhood), and you'll be taken either to the bases of Peak 7 and 8, or down to town in just a short ride over the Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve. Lower Family Room / Laundry: The ground floor great room is a cozy spot for the entire family. A large mounted flatscreen with Roku, stone gas fireplace, mini-fridge, and access to the outdoor patio, this space is a perfect secondary living room for reading or morning cartoons. You’ll also find a separate laundry room with eco-friendly machines for your gear and clothes. Patio Area: Later in the evening, head outside to the garden-level patio where you’ll find the 7-person hot tub and built-in stone fire pit lounge area. Whether you’re roasting by the fire in the plush patio furniture, or soaking in the tub, this outside living space is great for all ages and events. First Bedroom / First Bathroom The first of three downstairs bedrooms, features a queen size bed, mounted flatscreen TV with Roku, a full-size closet, reading nook, and ensuite bathroom. The private bathroom features a shower/tub combo and single vanity. Second Bedroom / Second Bathroom: The second of three downstairs bedrooms features a king size bed, mounted flatscreen TV with Roku, a full-size closet, and extra dresser space. The ensuite bathroom includes a step-in shower and single vanity. Third Bedroom / Third Bathroom: The third and final downstairs bedroom features another king size bed, mounted flatscreen TV with Roku, a full-size closet, and private bathroom with step in shower and single vanity. ---2nd Floor – Second Level Contains--- Main Living Room: Make your way up the first flight of stairs, and you’ll walk into the main level great room with 180 degree south and west-facing windows and tons of seating around a majestic fireplace and massive flatscreen TV. Open up the electric blinds to see the 10 Mile Range and views of peaks 8, 9, and 10. Dining Room: The dining room is just off the living area, and seats 10 comfortably. Just off the dining room tables, you’ll find a wet bar with drinkware, perfect for the bartender of your group! Kitchen: The kitchen is a fan favorite and chef’s dream. Stainless steel appliances, drink coolers, multiple sinks, dual range with 8 gas stovetop burners, and a massive kitchen island that seats two, with another breakfast bar that seats four. Just off the kitchen you’ll find a wraparound deck that has a natural gas grill and East facing views of Breckenridge and Baldy mountain! Master Bedroom / Master Bathroom: Off the living room is the master suite that has it all! A king-size bed, walk-in closet with laundry machines, fireplace, flatscreen TV, private deck with east-facing views, and ensuite bath, you’ll live like royalty. The ensuite bath features a tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. ---3rd Floor – Third Level Contains--- Bunk Room / Fifth Bathroom: The upstairs bunk room contains bunk beds and sleeping arrangements for the kids.
