There are five levels, one of which is your private entrance to the base of Breck Ski Resort’s Peak 8 base. And after a day of adventures, you and your crew can soak in the sunset from the private hot tub on the deck. Entry Entering the home, you’ll have access to the heated, two-car garage, which includes an EV charger for your use. By the front door, you’ll find a half bath for a place to quickly freshen up before heading out for the day. Main Level/Kitchen/Dining Room/Family Room/Living Room Head up the floating staircase to find the kitchen, showcasing a beautiful large granite island situated with barstools for a quick bite. The Mountain Gem Estate is the peak of luxury in the mountains of Breckenridge. Bring your friends and family to the ultimate destination, a six-bedroom mansion with stunning views, luxurious amenities and décor, and a convenient location in the Shock Hill neighborhood. Check out our virtual tour to get a more accurate preview of the style, and the location. Overview - The home is spread out over three levels, accessible through two spiral stair cases and one elevator. There are two master suites, and four other bedrooms. The top levels are accessed privately and not connected – one is a master suite, the other is an alcove ideal for kiddos. The main entrance level has kitchen, dining room, living room, master suite, study, main deck with grill, garage. The lower level contains four bedrooms with en-suite baths, a full second living room and bar, lower deck with hot tub. Throughout the house, there are fireplaces, powder rooms, temperature and humidity controls, speakers and smart power switches for light and music, as well as stunning décor and views. Main Level: Enter through the garage, where you’ll see plenty of space for two cars, plus a full-size fridge. You’ll enter the house to the mudroom. This spacious area has plenty of seating and a full-size boot dryer. The door leads you through a hallway to the foyer: On the left, you’ll see one of the access points to the dining room. On the right, you’ll pass the first spiral stair case and elevator door (leading to a master suite*), followed the study, complete with a printer and guitar, two comfy chairs, and a view of the front area of the home and the gondola. The oversized refrigerator and walk-in pantry have plenty of room, whether you’re in charge of cooking, or inviting a private chef to take care of a meal. Neatly stacked to the left of the fridge are the microwave, a steam oven, and a food warmer, all Wolff. There is a six-burner gas stove with a griddle, above two ovens. The large kitchen island has two full sinks and plenty of storage. There is a built-in coffee bar for immediate single-serve with a variety of options, as well as a regular drip coffee maker, along with all of the small appliances you need: crockpot, blender, food processor, and mixer. There are a total of eight bar seats in the kitchen, grouped into fours. The countertops are unique, and even light up from within. Dining Room: The dining room has seating for twelve, and the table itself is a work of art. The room is surrounded with tall windows with views into the mountains and the woods in your backyard. First Master Suite "Bear" - The master suite is located across from the living room, accessed via its own master hall. The room is luxuriously decorated and features a King bed, a door to the main-level deck, a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV, a walk-in closet with windows and an en-suite master bath. This bathroom has two sinks, a shower, bathtub, water closet, another walk-in closet. Laundry Room: The first of three laundry rooms is on the main level by the first master suite. Top of the line washer and dryer with space for folding, as well as a built-in Dyson vacuum. Top Level 1:Second Master Suite "Bison" - Take the first spiral staircase from the hallway up to the second master suite. This level is also accessible via the elevator, and has its own laundry closet. Cross the private landing to the very spacious second master bedroom, which features high ceilings and large windows, a seating area, a deck door to a private balcony, large walk-in closet, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and a King bed. Escape to the fresh crisp air of the Rocky Mountains! This lovely 3-bedroom house has a private hot tub and 360 scenic views of the mountains. The location is close to the action, but in a comfortable and secluded neighborhood; a short drive or private shuttle ride from downtown Breck, the historic district, and the Ski Resort. You're within walking distance to the 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Club and 200+ miles of biking in Summer, and to the Gold Run Nordic Center in Winter. Plenty of room for your group to enjoy a vacation in the Rocky Mountains. Our local staff is available daily if assistance is needed.  This neighborhood offers two different free shuttles. The first is provided by the neighborhood HOA and will pick you up at the end of the home’s driveway. This runs at the top of every hour, 7 days a week, from 8am – 5pm. This shuttle only runs during the winter months in Breckenridge. The second option is the Breckenridge My Free Ride bus that will pick you up at the bus stop across the street on the main road. This shuttle runs every 30 minutes and is called the Green Route. Mountain Access points: The closest access point is the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Chair, at .2 miles, it’s a flat-elevation, 5-minute walk. The Snowflake Lift is very close for Peak 8 Access, a slight uphill for .4 miles and a 9-minute walk. The Gondola is also easy access, a flat-elevation, half-mile walk. The BreckConnect Gondola is always free, runs summer and winter, and brings you to the base of Peaks 7 and 8. It’s also a great ADA-accessible option for people with limited mobility or non-skiers. To get back home after a day on the mountain, ski or hike down Four O'clock Run. At the bottom of the hill, make a right turn onto the sidewalk, pass through the roundabout with pedestrian crossing, and turn right onto the Cimarron complex.   The F Lot is located directly across the street and is a hub for the Breck Free Ride Shuttle.
