Upper level: loft with twin bed and a bedroom with beautifully hand crafted Log bed with inlaid mountain designs, Queen size, orthopedic spring mattress, and half bathroom. Downstairs, a huge master suite with King Size select comfort mattress, TV with Roku, stone wood-burning fireplace, sitting area, full bath, coffee bar with mini-fridge, a newly installed pool table, laundry, double-door access to lower covered deck with hot tub, sitting area, and privacy screen, large storage closets. * 10 minutes to Main Street, Blowing Rock dining and shopping * 15 minutes to Tweetsie Railroad, Appalachian Ski Resort * 5 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway * 25 minutes to ASU * 30-45 minutes to Ski Beech, Sugar Mtn. Additional notes:  - CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. - Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.  - PET FEE: $25 PER NIGHT PER PET. WITH A MAXIMUM OF 2 PETS. Mature, well-trained pets only, please. Dogs and cats welcome! - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
