A large back porch with plenty of outdoor space can accommodate your entire group! Conveniently located a few minutes from the beach and 8 blocks away from Center Street.  This home is full of Folly charm and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The living room and kitchen provide tons of light and back views of the Folly River through the large windows and two porches (front, and back) are ideal for enjoying the ocean breeze!  All living spaces and bedrooms are on the main level and the home is perched on one of the highest points of the island. Outside, you will enjoy the full wooded lot filled with ancient oak, magnolia, fig and palm trees that offer plenty of shade and ample parking. There is also a large private outdoor shower with hot and cold water,  and laundry room on the ground level. Additionally, you will catch glimpses of the ocean from the front yard and there is a nearby footpath to the beach only steps away. Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.  There is plenty of parking in the back lot of the house. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am. Pets considered: All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $150 (plus tax) per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no more than 60 lbs. each, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.  No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license. Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund.
