No private balconies are available. Includes a rooftop patio located above the on-site snack bar, shuffleboard, and an extra-large pool with recent upgrades. Walking distance to Golf Course, local restaurants, family-friendly activities, and multiple nightclubs. Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older or a child of a registered guests. Parking Notes: A $30 resort fee is charged by the HOA and due upon arrival, Cash Only. This resort fee includes a parking pass for one vehicle and up to four wristbands. Parking is limited during peak times, only 1 vehicle allowed per stay.
