There are plenty of chairs and sun loungers to make it a perfect day in the sun! The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Property Manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities. There is one covered parking space under the car port and an additional parking space in the driveway. If you are looking to accommodate a larger party, there is also the adjoining "1 Step Closer", a two bedroom and two bath duplex right next door. With both properties you will expand the property to a five bedroom and 4 bath. You can rent both sides and bring the whole extended family to sleep 12 in total. Don't forget to bring your furry family member. 7 Doors Down is dog friendly. There is a non-refundable fee of $150.00 per pet and dogs up to 50 lbs. are welcome. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area.
